Running `make release` on #writefreely and waiting for my old ThinkPad to overheat.
Employing an external fan tonight, but CPU temp is hovering around 97°C 😬
@writeas_dev that is a pretty heavy build. I’m guessing xgo is what makes it so much more cumbersome?
@geekgonecrazy Yep, it's mostly the cross-platform builds that suck up a lot of power. And the ActivityPub side uses up a ton of memory -- the library is huge.
